Our customer service will be closed over the Christmas period. The last working day will be 20 December and will re-open 3 January. During this time, any queries received will be handled promptly from 3 January onwards.
Christmas deliveries
Your last chance to order before the big day! We advise you to order by:
UK orders: 11 December
Rest of the world: 30 November
Our warehouse will be closed over the Christmas period. The last working day will be 22 December and will re-open on 2 January. During this period orders can be taken, and will be sent out after 2 January.
Please note that we cannot refund any deliveries made after this time if they do not reach you by 25 December.
UK delivery
Free standard delivery with Royal Mail on all UK orders over £60. The standard delivery charge for UK orders is £4.99. To keep our costs down, we do not use a tracked service. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt, subject to availability. Please allow a further 14 calendar days for delivery.
With our Express Delivery, your order will be delivered within 5 working days to any UK mainland address. Costs vary based on weight and size of parcels - please email shop@survivalinternational.org before you make your order for pricing.
Rest of the world delivery
We shop from the UK using Royal Mail to send international orders. Our postage rate for mainland Europe and Ireland excluding Croatia, Iceland, Latvia and Serbia is £9.50, and £17.50 to the rest of the world including Croatia, Iceland, Latvia and Serbia. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt, subject to availability. Please allow a further 30 calendar days for delivery.
We do not ship to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Falkland Islands, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela, or Italy.

Additional fees for overseas customers
Prices displayed on the website do not include import duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any tax, import, customs duties or any other additional fees your country may charge. For online orders all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer (that’s you). We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of dispatch and submit our customs data electronically to aid customs clearance. Please note that Survival does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as shipping rules vary from country to country. To ensure a smooth experience, please do check any fees your order maybe be subjected to before making a purchase.

In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
Our orders ship from the United Kingdom.
Post and packing
Our post and packing charges cover only the minimum cost of processing an average order. There is no donation to Survival in this charge.
Heavy items
If your order contains any heavy items, a postage surcharge for non-UK deliveries will be added to your order: Europe at £10.00 and £15.00 for the rest of the world.
