International Orders – Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We declare the value, weight, and contents of all shipments and submit customs information electronically to help ensure smooth processing. However, we have no control over these charges and they can vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.
EU Orders (IOSS)
For EU deliveries, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), which allows VAT to be paid at checkout on eligible orders. This helps reduce the risk of additional charges or delays on delivery.
Please note, IOSS typically applies to orders valued at €150 or less. Orders above this threshold may still incur import duties, taxes, and handling fees on arrival.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused due to unpaid import fees, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred.
